Hello, I'm Nikki

I’m Nikki — the photographer and designer behind Usually Nikki. I first picked up photography about ten years ago, and over time it became something I kept coming back to — not just for the photos themselves, but for the creativity behind them.

Later, I started taking graphic design classes, and that completely expanded the way I saw my work. It gave me an even stronger appreciation for composition, color, typography, balance, and the small details that make something feel intentional. Now, photography and design naturally work together in almost everything I create.

Usually Nikki came from something simple: my name is Nicole, but most people have always called me Nikki. It felt like the right name for a brand that’s meant to feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely me.

Whether I’m photographing a family, celebrating a senior, creating portraits, or designing something from scratch, I’m always looking for the same thing — something that feels thoughtful, natural, and true to the person or story in front of me.
